Delivery processing time
Order processing time and delivery: 1-3 working days
We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. If there is a high volume of orders, it may take a few more days.
Please understand if this is somewhat inconvenient.
If there is a serious delay in delivery, we will contact you by email or phone.
Notice
- We are not responsible for damage, loss, or theft during the delivery process.
- We are not responsible for customs duties and fees and are unable to ship replacement packages.
- We are not responsible if your delivery address is entered incorrectly or incorrectly when placing an order. We will endeavor to deliver the package to you. However, address errors may result in processing times of up to 3 weeks.
- Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. We accept 15 day returns on all products except those listed below.
- Please email us at info@bestailer and we will email you a free return shipping label. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Disposable products can only be returned if they are unused and in their original packaging.
- All starter kits, box sets or mystery boxes are final sale and cannot be returned.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments, including packages shipped to the United States.
- Free shipping is available for food products and some products sold only in Canada for purchases of $100 or more.
