REFUNDS

Refunds are issued only due to specifically issues stated below that are raised within 3 days:

  • Out-of-stock 
  • Defective Item
  • Expire Date Product
  • Spoilt Item


 EXCHANGES

We only accept exchanges within 5 days of the delivery.
If the products are used, damaged or do not have all original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse your exchange request. We also reserve the right to reject the frozen or chilled items if they are not stored correctly before re-collection.

Do note that for all exchanges, you are required to drop us an email before proceeding. We do not accept any walk-ins to outlets for exchanges

GIFT EXCHANGE AND RETURN
 Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or returns of free gifts at this time.
